Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of iCheck TPMS or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Errors and Omissions

At iCheckTPMS, we work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product images and information. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (i.e currency exchange rates and other variables beyond our control etc.), prices, promotions and availability of advertised products are subject to change without notice.

Please be assured that iCheck TPMS makes every effort to ensure accuracy, however, the prices and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. If an error has been made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, iCheck TPMS maintains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If an incorrect order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, iCheck TPMS will issue a refund.
